30-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags attached and returned in original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Submit your Return to initiate a return. Please have proof of the issue ready, such as photos and any relevant documents. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll send return instructions along with a prepaid shipping label.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, submit your return within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly.

Exchanges are available in-store only, for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to product availability.
No Restocking Fees
Bilionera does not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may require additional time to process the credit.
Discounts & Promotions
Discount codes and promotional offers are not eligible for refunds if not applied at checkout. They cannot be added after an order is placed.
