Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Contact us as soon as possible at info@bilionera.shop. We'll do our best to make changes before your order is processed, but we can't guarantee it once fulfillment has begun.
My order was confirmed — is it guaranteed? A confirmation email means we received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance. We'll notify you if anything changes.
Shipping
How long does delivery take? Standard shipping takes 6–10 business days. Express shipping takes 2–4 business days. Processing takes 1–2 business days before your order ships.
How much does shipping cost? Standard shipping is $4.99 for orders under $89.00. Orders $89.01 and above ship free. Express shipping is a flat rate of $14.95.
Do you ship internationally? No. We currently ship only within the United States.
What is the daily order cut-off time? Orders must be placed before 8:00 PM CST to begin processing that day. Weekend orders start processing the following Monday.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email within 2–4 business days. For tracking issues, email us at info@bilionera.shop.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return window? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
How do I start a return? Submit your Return with photos and proof of the issue. Once approved, we'll send a prepaid shipping label to your email. A $4.99 label fee applies for online returns.
Are in-store returns free? Yes. In-store returns and exchanges are completely free.
Can I exchange an item? Exchanges are available in-store only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to availability.
Are there any restocking fees? No. Bilionera does not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Can I get a refund on a discount or promo code? No. Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be refunded if not applied at checkout, and cannot be added after an order is placed.
